Are you thinking about a tour to the American nature parks? Bryce Canyon National Park is a nature scene. You can’t miss it!
American nature parks
We are in the USA, in the state of Utah: in this area there are lots of American nature parks. Areas to discover are both similar and different and let you get lost in the nature towards unique environments.
The park is suitable for everyone: whether you decide to stop here few hours or few days…or few weeks, why not? Of course, if you decide to stay here longer, you can explore the area and take advantage of visiting the neighbouring American nature parks.
While I’m writing this post, admission is 25$ if you go into the park by your own car: this is the form of transport I always advise, as the USA are perfect for any ontheroad.
Instead if you prefer to use their means, the park has got a shuttle that takes visitors to the most beautiful panoramic views, like in many of the American nature parks.
Here inside of the one most spectacular American nature parks you can do many activities: hiking, horse riding, night walking tour, deepening about stories Bryce Canyon has to tell, astronomy programs…and snowshoe, too, if you’ll be lucky to go there in winter.
Snowshoe hike is wonderful everywhere, you can imagine here! Then if you wont also add the sighting of unusual animals or even the mountain lion, you will have got with you a lucky person as Valeria is! We always have an ace up our sleeve when we are travelling!
Rangers offer different kind of programs everyday. It will be delightful and very interesting to discover park’s features through their direction and their stories. Going into the park everyone will wonder why the rocks are of a such red colour.
Or they’ll wonder where the Bryce Canyon name come from. Rangers will answer to these and other thousands questions. Then you must absolutely try the activities given to children. American parks are really great about entertainment.
Don’t forget there’s also the opportunity to camp at Bryce Canyon or even to stay in comfortable accommodations at Forever Resort.
Visit is advised during off season, of course. In fact, the opportunity to enjoy these views without a horde of tourist everywhere is always the best thing. Furthermore, winter shows unique and distinctive views due to snow wading and covering all. Obviously not all will be accessible.
Other suggestions. Remember the park is 2.778 m high. The visit provides for 3 or 4 hours at least even if a half-day will be not much to discover all park’s features.
Walking in American parks up to over 2.500 m high can be very difficult, above all during hot season: you’ll be tired but the beauty of the view repay for all.
Through a very beautiful and varied path you can reach the Victoria Queen Rock. It seems to walk inside huge red sand’s castles made on the beach for children’s fun.
In summer it’s easy to sight very agile and fast prairie dogs and gazelles everywhere, too.
Rocky mountains defying the force of gravity and colours. They are there only to let us take photos!
From this park we usually bring home this one so red! These American parks are really distinctive, right?
Since you are here you can’t miss the near Old Bryce Town.
Okay, okay! I know! It’s a tourist town, full of shops, it has no great charm, but it’s nice and I can assure you that you’ll bring home lots of souvenirs! This atmosphere is part of the American parks, too. Do you agree with me?
When you walk…please, pay attention to carriages!
What can I add more? Can’t miss it if you are around here! If you never thought about it, I think these beautiful photos convinced you to go and search for this American park and other ones a bit, right?
