Walking in the center and time fast flies. Here we are at the Fienile della Farnia. Our accommodation for the night is very functional and renovated to create a truly wonderful places.
Roby doesn’t waste time. He takes a pictures and then immediately to sleep. Tomorrow will be a fully day!

Old town of Pistoia
Now we go in the center of Pistoia. The Cathedral shows all its splendor.
Piazza della Sala today is a unique square: the green carpet of grass that covers it shows an old town on a human scale which the inhabitants live, and they like a lot.
The whole center is animated and all with grass.
Stalls and shops are showing their typical and there are even a petting zoo with animals and games about “grass” designed for the little ones.
The views are one more beautiful than the other.
This is a picture that I would have really liked so much to do! Great grass.
But there is no time to lose.
We climb to the top of the tower.

That’s… not really… but slowly… we do it the same!

The stores sell all food for picnic on the grass.
Food that is consumed on the grass.
The time is coming and other place waiting us.
Villa Rospigliosi, an historical house that is about to become a luxury resort… with beautiful grass.

Maximum attention while they explain us all the herbs that grow wild…

The view from up here is relaxing and peaceful.
The views that are discovered are very typical, and dinner is at the top.
We really had a great dinner with tastes and flavors, expertly mixed to the spontaneous fruits of the earth and herbs.
To end the sweet of wild fennel. I can’t describe the goodness!

The visit to the Mati viveros expected us in the early morning.
Did you know that Pistoia is renowned in the world for viveros? I admit I have discovered only now.
Hear the brothers Mati speak about their company is extremely interesting.
Beyond the excellent results achieved and the creativity with which they have been able to approach the green to the other branches of business, the most striking aspect is their passion for job.
Who speaks to us of children’s courses and programs organized in the company are very specials.
Branch Tuscany Fair finds its fulfillment in the kitchen.
Then a walk around outside.
The garden dedicated to the arts, the vegetable bins that offers the products of the earth that you can be tasted in the farmhouse restaurant.
Then the rose gardens, the various types of gardens, all because the customer can choose and understand what is going to buy.
Look a little thing I found a bit hidden?
As I like to see him run through the meadows, and specially to think about how much effort it save!
The interesting things are not finished yet. In this room there is even a movie shot from a drone overhead view of the company.
